Going from the PS4 to the PS5 is not enough of a hardware leap to justify fully remaking Horizon Zero Dawn for the new hardware, and a lot of players feel like it is a simple cash grab. The original game came out five years ago, and it still holds up very well today. Rumors are circulating that Sony has plans to remake or remaster Horizon Zero Dawn for PlayStation 5, and the consensus is that this is a bad idea.
